Ça and is, Summer's almost over but September is still there with its beautiful days so why not take the opportunity to cook a small dish filled with sunshine ?! This little dish is a fillet of cod with chorizo and rosemary, with a touch of lemon to remind us of the South, range, the sea… in short vacation (yes I know there are those among you who lives year-round in the sea or ocean…you I do not speak !) !!!
Mr. love fish so I can not deny a good song lil from time to time and it is still not without offending me even if ultimately we eat little (well except when we go on a trip to the seaside, there is an orgy !!!).
Then the cod fillet with chorizo makes you want ?!
Fillet of cod with chorizo and rosemary
Ingredients (of 2 people)
- 2 portions of cod fillet
- 1/2 mild or hot sausage
- A few sprigs of rosemary
- The juice of an untreated lemon
- A drizzle of olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 200 °.
Season the cod fillets on both sides.
Put rosemary in a baking dish then place the cod fillets on top.
Season with a drizzle of olive oil and lemon juice.
Cut the chorizo slices and put them in the overlapping of cod fillets.
Bake 8 minutes.
