Ingredients (of 2 people)
- 1/2 small red cabbage
- 2 handles chews
- 1 pear
- 40 g NOIX
- 4 c. to c. nut oil
- 2 c. to c. The Vinaigre of Cidre
- 1 c. to c. de shoyu (Optional)
- You seal
Wash and separate the clumps of mince.
Cut the red cabbage finely with a knife or a mandolin.
Cut the pear, peeled, quartered.
Assemble the various ingredients and then add nuts.
Make the vinaigrette by mixing walnut oil, vinegar and soy sauce. Emulsify and add a pinch of salt.
Add the vinaigrette over the salad and enjoy without waiting.
