At home we have never eaten a burger House during these nine months…! Good except for the fact that we will have that I propose burgers recipes, It must also be that I propose the accompaniment. And what better than the traditional potatoes to accompany a good burger (I ask my lady Lachman !) ?! And although not much even if it seems more reasonable to play the card of the salad (small players will!).
You feel this small rustic smell of oven-baked potatoes… not ?! Then it is a pity but to be able to catch you it'll make you (Cook an egg ?!… that's it I tell anything !) !!! For this nothing more simple than this small recipe, no need for deep Fryer but just a drizzle of olive oil, a few spices and oven. With it you can delight all gourmets of the Earth, or just you, you see !!!

Ingredients (of 4)
- 500 g Potato (type Manon)
- 1 net olive oil
- 1 c. à s. of pepper
- 1 c. good herbs de Provence s
- You seal
Preheat oven to 210 °.
Peel then cut the potatoes into quarters and arrange on a plate in the oven.
Mix together oil, le pepper, herbes de Provence and salt then pour the mixture over the potatoes. Mix well to coat the latter.
Bake 20-25 minutes and stir halfway.
Enjoy hot with your favorite sauce !
