Raw eggs are again part of my diet (youhou…), then I have fun and I commend me to cook desserts with. And what better to start the fall than a good chocolate mousse much comforting home ?! Bah oui, because comfort food here it goes as much by a good plate of lasagna as a good dessert, In short this is home cooking !!!
Good here in this case it is a dessert, and a chocolate dessert … and who doesn't love chocolate, I ask my lady Lachman (who told me ?!) ?!!!
It was therefore an eternity that I hadn't realized it serves and as I good fresh eggs from the market, I started (not by the window !).
Ingredients (of 4 people)
- 150 g good chocolate
- 4 Ice-cold eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
Leave your eggs in advance of the fridge to ambient temperature.
Melt chocolate in double boiler or microwave. Mix well and let cool.
Separate yolks from whites and then add egg yolks to chocolate.
Mount the egg whites with a pinch of salt and then add them gently to the yellow-chocolate egg mixture.
Spread in ramekins and set aside 2 hours before enjoying fresh.
Good foam !
