In some families, the tradition is also, that at the time of toast, each expresses the recognition for something that was important to him in the year. We lent to this game between friends and I must say that finally, We all had a lot of things to say. This is a beautiful moment.

Turkey with orange leg and shallot

Ingredients (of 6)

  • 1 Turkey leg of 800 g
  • 4 oranges
  • 4 beautiful shallots
  • 1 net olive oil
  • salt and pepper


Preheat oven to 180 °.

In a flat earth, remove the Turkey leg.
Press 2 oranges and sprinkle the Turkey. Also pour a drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper.
Divide the shallots thinly sliced and oranges sliced on top.
Cover your dish, place in oven and cook for 40 minutes. Then discover your Turkey and let Brown 10 minutes.

You can serve your meal accompanied by Turkey, a good mashed potatoes or, sprinkled with good sauce that is will be created at the bottom of your dish.
