When there is not really time to cook or can't simply not spend hours before blast, What is not wrong my case these last months with Mini-Mademoiselle, and well we find solutions to make good and fast and without head incidentally ! It is in these moments that I reach my card of oven-roasted vegetables, and here I suggest you carrots and parsnips with a little garlic sauce, parsley and olive oil to accompany these good vegetables. The result is fondant, tasty and good garlic so do you instead of kisses before eating !!!
And then you'll still have time to do something else while it cooked !
Carrots and parsnips roasted in olive oil, garlic and parsley
Ingredients (of 2 people)
- 6-8 carrots of different colors
- 4 parsnips
- 3 c. à s. olive oil
- The juice of half a lemon
- 1/2 bouquet of parsley
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 190 °.
Wash and cut carrots and parsnips halved or quartered lengthwise according to their size. Have all in a dish in the oven, season and place in oven 30 minutes.
Meanwhile mix the parsley coarsely together, garlic, olive oil and lemon juice to form a sauce.
Remove the vegetables from the oven and pour the cold sauce on top.
Enjoy without waiting.
