Today I will propose not really a recipe per se but rather an inspiration… Yes because I am a fan of vegetables roasted in all genre and I had tried the association Parsnip and radish red meat. Yes because red meat, This small green round radish on the outside and pink on the inside (Oh that's nice !!!), eat normally rather believed ! So this time we pushed these habits (Sherri the dropping !) and is cooked !
It is simple, It's good then what say more ?!!!
Parsnip and radish red meat roasts
Ingredients (of 2 people)
- 6-8 parsnips
- 2 radish red meat
- 3 c. à s. olive oil
- 1 pinch of Espelette
- Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 190 °.
Wash and cut the parsnips into two or four in length according to their size. Cut the radishes into thin slices and arrange everything in a dish in the oven. Season with olive oil, of Espelette pepper, salt and pepper and bake 30 minutes.
Enjoy such what or with semolina for example.
