I do not know why but I am pretty much sure that this salad won't mention much (or peux-being that I'm wrong !), or at least that you in have not tasted very often. This round and slightly bitter of Italy salad is perfect for a small salad, but that, Once cooked becomes just to fall. And what's better than balsamic vinegar, Bacon and mozzarella di bufala to accompany this Treviso roasted, I ask you ! And good for me nothing !
Balsamic roasted Treviso, Bacon and bufala
Ingredients (of 2 people)
- 2 trevises
- 4 thin slices of bacon
- 1 mozzarella di bufala
- 15 CL balsamic vinegar
- 1 c. à s. Honey
- 1 net olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 200 °.
Mix together the vinegar and honey then put all to reduce over high heat in a saucepan until the mixture becomes syrupy.
Cut the trevises into four quarters, then arrange in a dish in the oven. Wrap with balsamic caramel and then season.
Cut the slices of bacon in half and wrap each district of Treviso with.
Sprinkle the whole with a drizzle of olive oil and bake 15 minutes.
Enjoy with the mozzarella di bufala, torn into pieces.
